Michelet BEAUBRUN

Managing Director of ACEP Niger since March 2022


Michelet Beaubrun joined ACEP Niger in March 2022 as the Managing Director after successfully serving as CEO of Baobab DRC from 2018 to 2020. He has a wide experience in microfinance, having started at Procredit in Haiti after joining Baobab Senegal as Director of Operations in October 2008. He then worked in several countries such as Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Tunisia as Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director of Baobab Mali.
Mr Beaubrun holds a Master’s Degree in macroeconomics and business management.


Ousseni KIRAKOYA

Managing Director of ACEP Burkina since December 2018

Originally from the Yatenga, results-oriented and passionate about numbers and the field. Ousseni Kirakoya holds a Master 2 in Finance and Corporate Auditing and has always managed to balance his family and professional life. His appetite to grow, and above all to learn, led him to join the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in order to follow certified training courses. His loyalty and fidelity towards microfinance has been well demonstrated. His career path began in July 2006 as an Internal Auditor for Caisse Populaire network in Burkina Faso. In 2015, he joined ACEP Burkina, first as Internal Auditor and then as Audit Director. In 2017 he was appointed Deputy Managing Director and has served as Managing Director since December 2018.


Yann AKINDELE

Managing Director of ACEP Cameroon

Yann AKINDELE has successfully revitalized ACEP Cameroon since October 2017; his managerial skills have enabled him to make rapid progress within the ACEP network, which he joined as Credit Director of ACEP Burkina in 2014. He was appointed General Manager 8 months later. He benefits from solid experience acquired first within the Microcred network in Senegal and then in Côte d'Ivoire between 2008 and 2013. Yann AKINDELE holds a Master 2 in auditing from the ISM in Dakar.


Mahefa RANDRIAMIARISOA

Managing Director, ACEP Madagascar (since 2012)

Mahefa E. RANDRIAMIARISOA has been instrumental in the reorganization of ACEP Madagascar since 2011 and became Managing Director in September 2012,
as well as Secretary General of ADEFI, a mutual health insurance company with more than 75,000 members.
He previously led an ambitious national-scale development project and has held leadership positions in both private and public companies.
As a training manager, he graduated from the INSCAE in Antananarivo and subsequently studied in France, where he earned his postgraduate degree in Management of People and Organizations.


Ciprian PANTURU

Head of Innovations & Development, ACEP Conseil

Ciprian has over 10 years of experience in financial modeling and business development for financial institutions using innovative digital means. Prior to joining ACEP, Ciprian spent 8 years in consulting, where he worked on some 30 projects in over 15 countries in Africa and Asia.
His practical experiences and proven track record in defining and implementing digital transformation strategies, both as a consultant and as an integrated member of financial institutions' operational teams, enable him to tackle complex issues such as change management with confidence.
At ACEP Conseil, Ciprian is in charge of ACEP Group's innovation roadmap and supports the project teams of ACEP institutions.


Thierry PERREAU

Director, ACEP Conseil

Thierry PERREAU is in charge of ACEP Conseil, a subsidiary of the ACEP Group which provides managerial support to ACEP institutions in the strategic areas of innovation, refinancing, organizational change, and risk management. Along with an expert network, ACEP Conseil implements structural, multi-institutional, cross-disciplinary projects around common issues and challenges.
