Investors I& Partenaires (I&P) is an impact investing group entirely dedicated to the African continent. I&P brings together four pan-African funds representing more than 200 million euros and has supported more than 100 small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) based in 16 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. Although I&P is a generalist investor, they have longstanding expertise in the microfinance sector, notably through the partnership the group has built with ACEP International over more than 15 years. It is through I&P Afrique Entrepreneur 1 (IPAE), a €54 million generalist and pan-African investment fund, that I&P has invested in ACEP Group.

ACEP International


ACEP International is a private microfinance operator created by Nicolas ROFE and Thierry PERREAU and present in Africa since 1989. ACEP International  is at the origin of the ACEP methodology for financing small businesses and contributed its expertise to the creation and  launch of the 4 institutions that currently make up ACEP Group ; . ACEP International has also led many technical and institutional projects (microinsurance, meso-finance, rural financing, LLC conversion , etc.)  , gradually became a shareholder of the four ACEP Group institutions, founded  ACEP Group in 2017 and contributed its various shareholdings in October 2019.
