Jean-Michel SEVERINO

Président d’Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) depuis 2011 President and CEO, Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) since 2011

Jean-Michel SEVERINO se consacre au secteur naissant de l’impact investing afin de soutenir l’essor des petites et moyennes entreprises en Afrique Subsaharienne. Un choix qui s’inscrit dans une carrière essentiellement tournée vers le développement international et son financement : M. Severino a notamment été Directeur du Développement au Ministère français de la Coopération, Vice-Président pour l’Asie de l’Est à la Banque Mondiale (1996-2000), et Directeur Général de l’Agence Française de développement (AFD) de 2001 à 2010. Jean-Michel SEVERINO has dedicated himself to the emerging sector of impact investing as a means to support the development of small and medium enterprises in Sub-Saharan Africa. A choice that is part ofa career primarily focused on international development and its financing: Mr. Severino was Director of Development at the French Ministry of Cooperation, Vice-President for East Asia at the World Bank (1996 to 2000), and Chief Executive Officer of the French Development Agency (AFD) from 2001 to 2010.


Thierry PERREAU

Président d’ACEP-International President, ACEP International

Thierry PERREAU est Directeur d’ACEP-Group et Président d’ACEP-International depuis 3 ans ; après avoir consacré son début de carrière à la promotion de petites entreprises en Afrique au sein du groupe Elf puis comme consultant, il créé en 1994 ADéFi à Madagascar devenu ACEP-Madagascar ; il fonde ACEP-International avec son associé Nicolas ROFE et assure le lancement des deux dernières institutions ACEP au Burkina et au Niger ; depuis 2 ans, il dirige ACEP-Conseil, filiale d’ACEP-Group qui accompagne les institutions ACEP dans leur développement. Il est ingénieur agricole de formation et diplômé de l’IAE de Paris. Thierry PERREAU has been Director of ACEP Group and President of ACEP International for 3 years. After having devoted his early career to the promotion of small businesses in Africa within the Elf Group and then as a consultant, in 1994 he created ADéFi in Madagascar, which became ACEP Madagascar. He founded ACEP International with his partner Nicolas ROFE and facilitated the launch of the last two ACEP institutions in Burkina and Niger. For the last 2 years, he has been managing ACEP Conseil, a subsidiary of ACEP Groupe, which accompanies ACEP institutions in their development. He is an agricultural engineer by training and a graduate of the IAE of Paris.


Olivier TOUSSAINT

Chargé d’Affaires Sénior – BIO Senior Project Manager - BIO

Olivier TOUSSAINT est Chargé d’Affaires Sénior chez BIO (Société Belge d'Investissement pour les Pays en Développement), où il cumule plusieurs années d’expérience dans l’investissement dans les secteurs de la microfinance, la banque PME et les fonds de capital à risque, en particulier en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient. Dans ce cadre, il a notamment occupé un poste d’administrateur non-exécutif auprès de Bank of Africa en République Démocratique du Congo, ainsi qu’un rôle d’observateur auprès de la holding bancaire ouest africaine Orabank. Précédemment, il était actif en tant que consultant en fusions et acquisitions en Europe au sein des groupes bancaires ING et KBC. Olivier est titulaire d’un Master en Gestion à la Solvay Business School (ULB) et de l’accréditation Chartered Financial Analyst.Olivier TOUSSAINT is a Senior Project Manager at BIO (Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries),where he has several years of investment experience in the microfinance, SME banking and venture capital sectors, particularly in Africa and the Middle East. In this context, he was a non-executive director of Bank of Africa in the Democratic Republic of Congo and an observer at the West African bank holding company Orabank. Previously, he was active as a consultant in mergers and acquisitions in Europe with the ING and KBC banking groups. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Management from the Solvay Business School (ULB) and the Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation


Sébastien BOYE

Co-Directeur Général de I&P Co-CEO at I&P

Sebastien BOYE est notamment en charge des activités d’investissements des fonds IPAE1 et IPAE2 dans la zone Afrique de l’Ouest. Avant de rejoindre I&P en 2002, Sébastien a travaillé chez BNP Paribas en tant qu’analyse crédit corporate en France et aux Etats-Unis. Il est diplômé de l’ESCP Europe et est l’un des auteurs du “Guide de la Microfinance”, ouvrage de référence sur le secteur de la microfinance dans les pays en développement. Sebastien BOYE is in charge of investment of the IPAE1 and IPAE2 funds in the West African zone. Prior to joining I&P in 2002, Sebastien worked as a corporate credit analyst at BNP Paribas in France and the United States. He is a graduate of ESCP Europe and is one of the authors of the “Guide de la Microfinance", a reference book on the microfinance sector in developing countries.


Laurence MAY

Consultante, spécialiste des questions financières et de compliance Consultant, specializing in financial and compliance issues

Laurence MAY a développé depuis 32 ans des expériences variées dans le domaine de la Finance et de la Compliance, Après une expérience de huit ans au sein du Cabinet Mazars, elle a rejoint la Direction Financière du Crédit Lyonnais. En 2002 elle est devenue Membre du Directoire de la Caisse d'Epargne Ouest, en charge des Finances et des Risques. En 2007, elle devient le Directeur Compliance du Groupe BPCE. Depuis 2017, elle exerce à Bruxelles en tant que consultant indépendant, spécialiste des questions financières et de compliance. Laurence MAY est diplômée d'HEC et titulaire du DESCF. Laurence MAY has developed a wide range of experience in the field of finance and compliance over the last 32 years. After eight years with Mazars, she joined the Financial Department of Crédit Lyonnais. In 2002, she became a Member of the Management Board of the Caisse d'Epargne Ouest, in charge of Finance and Risk. In 2007, she became Compliance Director of Groupe BPCE. Since 2017, she has been working in Brussels as an independent consultant specializing in financial and compliance issues. Laurence MAY is a graduate of HEC and holds a DESCF (Graduate degree in Accounting and Finance).


Jérémy HAJDENBERG

Co-Directeur Général de I&P Co-CEO at I&P

Jérémy HAJDENBERG est co-Directeur Général de Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), société de gestion de plusieurs fonds d’investissement visant les PME d’Afrique sub-saharienne. I&P accompagne des entrepreneurs africains dans leur stratégie de développement, générant des impacts sociaux et environnementaux multiples. I&P et ses fonds partenaires constituent en 2021 une équipe de 120 professionnels prêts à financer 40 start-ups et PME africaines par an, du stade d’amorçage à celui de leur expansion.
Diplômé d’HEC Paris et d’un Master de recherche en Economie du développement (Paris School of Economics), il est l’un des auteurs des livres Entreprenante Afrique (avec J.M. Severino) et Le guide de la Microfinance et a été membre de 2017 à 2020 du Conseil Présidentiel pour l’Afrique.Jérémy Hajdenberg is co-CEO at Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), the management company of several investment funds supporting Small and Medium Size Companies in Sub-Saharan Africa, generating social and environmental impact. Since 2002. In 2021, the teams of I&P and its partner funds include 120 professionals prepared to fund around 40 African start-up and SMEs per year, from seed stage to growth stage. He graduated from HEC Paris Business School and holds a Master’s Degree in development economics from Paris School of Economics, is a co-author of the books Le guide de la Microfinance (2009) Entreprenante Afrique (2016), the latter one with J.M. Severino and has been a member of the Presidential Advisory Council for Africa .

Michelet BEAUBRUN

Directeur Général d’ACEP-Niger depuis mars 2022 Managing Director of ACEP Niger since February 2019

Michelet Beaubrun a rejoint ACEP Niger en tant que Directeur Général en mars 2022 après avoir occupé avec succès le poste de DG au sein de Baobab RDC de 2018 à 2020. Michelet a une vaste expérience en microfinance puisqu’il a démarré chez Procredit en Haïti avant de rejoindre Baobab Sénégal en tant que Directeur des opérations en octobre 2008. Il a ensuite exercé dans plusieurs pays tels que le Nigéria, la Côte d’Ivoire, la Tunisie en qualité de Directeur Général Adjoint et Directeur Général de Baobab Mali.
M. Beaubrun est  détenteur d’une maîtrise en macro économie et gestion des entreprises. Florent is a microfinance specialist with 24 years of proven experience in the management of MFIs in Sub-Saharan Africa and Haiti. Prior to joining ACEP Niger, Léandre worked at PADME - Benin for 13 years where he held various positions as Senior Manager and coordinated the institutional change project. He worked at Accion International from 2008-2016, during which time he served as Operations Director in Senegal and Cameroon and as Project Manager in charge of Business Development for the French-speaking countries of West and Central Africa. He holds a DESS (post-graduate degree) in management.


Ousseni KIRAKOYA

Directeur Général d’ACEP-Burkina depuis décembre 2018 Managing Director of ACEP Burkina since December 2018

Originaire du Yatenga et passionné des chiffres, du terrain et axé résultat. Ousseni Kirakoya est diplômé d’un Master II en Finance et Audit des Entreprises et a toujours su concilier sa vie de famille et professionnelle. Son appétit de grandir et surtout d’apprendre l’a poussé à rejoindre la Frankfurt School afin de suivre des formations certifiantes. Sa fidélité et loyauté envers la micro finance n’est plus à démontrer. Son parcours commence en juillet 2006 en tant qu’Auditeur Interne au sein du Réseau des Caisses Populaires du Burkina. En 2015, il rejoint ACEP Burkina dans un premier en tant qu’Auditeur Interne puis Directeur de l’Audit. En 2017, il est nommé Directeur Général Adjoint puis Directeur Général depuis décembre 2018. Originally from the Yatenga, results-oriented and passionate about numbers and the field. Ousseni Kirakoya holds a Master 2 in Finance and Corporate Auditing and has always managed to balance his family and professional life. His appetite to grow, and above all to learn, led him to join the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in order to follow certified training courses. His loyalty and fidelity towards microfinance has been well demonstrated. His career path began in July 2006 as an Internal Auditor for Caisse Populaire network in Burkina Faso. In 2015, he joined ACEP Burkina, first as Internal Auditor and then as Audit Director. In 2017 he was appointed Deputy Managing Director and has served as Managing Director since December 2018.


Yann AKINDELE

Directeur Général d’ACEP-Cameroun depuis 2017Managing Director of ACEP Cameroon

Yann AKINDELE assure avec succès la relance d’ACEP-Cameroun depuis octobre 2017 ; ses aptitudes managériales lui ont permis une progression rapide au sein du réseau ACEP qu’il a rejoint comme Directeur du crédit d’ACEP-Burkina en 2014 pour être nommé 8 mois après Directeur Général de cette institution. Il bénéficie d’une solide expérience acquise au sein du réseau Microcred au Sénégal puis en Côte d’Ivoire entre 2008 et 2013. Yann AKINDELE est titulaire d’un Master 2 en audit à l’ISM de Dakar. Yann AKINDELE has successfully revitalized ACEP Cameroon since October 2017; his managerial skills have enabled him to make rapid progress within the ACEP network, which he joined as Credit Director of ACEP Burkina in 2014. He was appointed General Manager 8 months later. He benefits from solid experience acquired first within the Microcred network in Senegal and then in Côte d'Ivoire between 2008 and 2013. Yann AKINDELE holds a Master 2 in auditing from the ISM in Dakar.


Mahefa RANDRIAMIARISOA

Directeur Général ACEP Madagascar depuis 2012 Managing Director, ACEP Madagascar (since 2012)

Mahefa E. RANDRIAMIARISOA a participé à la réorganisation d'ACEP Madagascar depuis 2011 pour en devenir le Directeur Général à partir de septembre 2012.
Il assure depuis la même année, le secrétariat général d'ADEFI, une mutuelle de santé de plus de 75.000 membres.
Auparavant à la tête d'un ambitieux projet de développement à l'échelle nationale, il a déjà occupé des postes à responsabilité auprès de nombres entreprises, privées comme para publiques.
Gestionnaire de formation, il est sortant de l'INSCAE d'Antananarivo et titulaire d'un diplôme de 3e cycle en Management des hommes et des organisations obtenu en France. Mahefa E. RANDRIAMIARISOA has been instrumental in the reorganization of ACEP Madagascar since 2011 and became Managing Director in September 2012,
as well as Secretary General of ADEFI, a mutual health insurance company with more than 75,000 members.
He previously led an ambitious national-scale development project and has held leadership positions in both private and public companies.
As a training manager, he graduated from the INSCAE in Antananarivo and subsequently studied in France, where he earned his postgraduate degree in Management of People and Organizations.


Ciprian PANTURU

Responsable Innovations et développement au sein de ACEP Conseil Head of Finance & Internal Audit, ACEP Conseil

Ciprian a plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la modélisation financière et le développement d’affaires pour les institutions financières en utilisant des moyens digitaux innovants.
Avant de rejoindre ACEP, Ciprian a passé 8 ans en conseil, où il est intervenu sur une trentaine de projets dans plus de quinze pays en Afrique et en Asie. Ses expériences pratiques et les résultats probants dans la définition et l’implémentation des stratégies de transformation digitale, aussi bien en tant que consultant ou en tant que membre intégré dans les équipes opérationnelles des institutions financières, lui permettent d’aborder les sujets complexes tels que la gestion du changement en toute confiance.
Au sein d'ACEP Conseil, Ciprian est en charge de la feuille de route d’innovations de ACEP Group et appuie les équipes projets des institutions ACEP. Sarah has over 10 years of experience in inclusive finance. Prior to joining ACEP, Sarah was Head of the Investment Unit at ADA, in charge of the development and management of the investment portfolio of the Luxembourg Microfinance & Development Fund, a €35M euro fund comprising 50 investments in MFIs in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
Prior to that, Sarah worked for Baobab, an investment company developing a network of MFIs. During her 5 years at Baobab, she held several middle management positions in the greenfields, operating in Latin America and Africa as well as at the holding company as Head of Strategic Planning. At ACEP Conseil, Sarah is in charge of ACEP Group’s finances and supports the network’s Finance and Internal Audit teams.

Thierry PERREAU anime ACEP-Conseil, filiale d’ACEP Group, qui assure l’accompagnement managérial des Institutions ACEP autour des axes stratégiques -promotion des innovations, appui au refinancement, mutation des organisations, renforcement de la maîtrise des risques. ACEP-Conseil met en œuvre avec un réseau d’expertise, des projets transversaux structurants multi institutions autour des problématiques communes. Thierry PERREAU is in charge of ACEP Conseil, a subsidiary of the ACEP Group which provides managerial support to ACEP institutions in the strategic areas of innovation, refinancing, organizational change, and risk management. Along with an expert network, ACEP Conseil implements structural, multi-institutional, cross-disciplinary projects around common issues and challenges.
